Another picture taken at Oulton Broad in 1966 with “Classic Safari” moored in the foreground. You can see the Little Ships boatyard across the water in the background.

This unfortunate boat had suffered a major fire on Oulton Broad in 1966.

This and the following five pictures were submitted by Chris Marchant and were taken during family holidays in the early 1960s. This is Malthouse Broad in 1961, with St Helen’s Church at Ranworth pictured in the background.
